Please be informed that It is the ‘Embassy of Italy’ who would decide if your case could be treated as urgent or otherwise. VFS or any of its staff members has no role on the final outcome of your request.
If anyone approaches you claiming that your appointment can be guaranteed please inform immediately at+88 02 9884341 (From 09:00am to 01:00pm & 2:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday to Thursday) You can also send an email to corporatesecurity@vfsglobal.com.

From the 1 November 2012 Italian Embassy in Dhaka has made it mandatory for applicant/s applying for Agriculture, Domestic Sponsor, Family reunion, Skilled Worker/Tirochino category Visa to Italy to schedule prior online appointment before submitting their application at the VFS centre in Dhaka. Applicants applying Only for Agriculture, Domestic Family Reunion, Skilled Worker/Tirochino category are requested to click here to take the online appointment to submit their visa application at VFS.

• Please Note That Online Appointments are not Applicable for Tourist/Business/Conference/Re-Entry Categories.
• While booking an appointment agree to the terms and conditions after careful reading and take the online appointment to proceed.
• Complete the online appointment requisite details. Fields showing “* “are mandatory.
• Select an available appointment date.
• Verify that all information entered is correct, and then click "continue” to proceed.
• A page confirming the time of your appointment will be generated.
• Please print the appointment confirmation page and bring the printed appointment letter with your completed and signed Visa application along with necessary documentation.
• The “Green Color” in the Appointment booking calendar stands for “Availability of the Slots” and the “Red Colour” Stands for Weekly/Other Holiday.

Important points to be noted:

	-	The Online appointment system is available only for Agriculture, Domestic Sponsor, Family Reunion, Skilled Worker/Tirochino category from the 1 November 2012 onwards.
	-	From 1 November 2012, Mentioned above applicants will not be required to come to the Visa application centre to book an appointment. They can book it online only.
	-	Applicants who have already scheduled appointment by personally visiting the Visa application centre other than Tourists, Business and Conference categories can continue to submit their application/s as per their appointment date and time previously given.
	-	Once the appointment is booked it can not be cancelled or rescheduled.
	-	Applicants scheduling an appointment with incorrect passport number & Information may not be entertained.
